This delightful home featuring a curved staircase lends itself to an old-fashioned Christmas feeling. Its great room/kitchen combination creates a cozy entertaining setting. The main floor master bedroom completes the plan and makes this a convenient home for living and entertaining. A visit to this unique home with a fab- ulous backyard is an experience you won’t want to miss!

St. Andrews Point Home

A fabulous circular staircase decorated for Christmas will delight visitors as they enter this spa- cious home in St. Andrews Point. Caravan guests will also enjoy the floor to ceiling windows as they enter the foyer that brings the outdoors inside. The double-sided fireplace divides the great room from the hearth room and newly remodeled kitchen. The walkout basement has a show stopper half-moon bar which, along with a game room, lends itself to enjoyable entertaining for family and friends. This gorgeous, updated home in beautiful St. Andrews Point is a must-see home on the 2017 Christmas Caravan Tour.

Standing Bear Lake Area Home

This quaint farmhouse started out with a 25' x 25' floor plan—only 625 sq. feet! There was a 25' x 25' addition made in 1980, which was just one big room. Later, the current owners turned that room into a living room and master bedroom with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet. They also added the screened-in porch where the existing covered porch was and added the wonder- ful massive deck on the East side.

This farmstead was erected in 1921. All the buildings are original to the property. The barn was a working milk barn for the original owners and then it became a property that boarded horses. Its final transformation was to Tweed Couch in 2014. The barn was the easier of the two projects. All new electrical outlets were installed because Tweed Couch uses a lot of electricity for their shows. Thirty trees were also added to the property to add more charm and privacy. Caravan guests will enjoy visiting this small, lovely home that was featured in Inspired Home magazine.

Deer Creek Home

This Deer Creek home has a flexible open floor plan designed to meet the needs of the owner’s active lifestyle and to provide the opportunity to easily entertain children, grandchildren and friends. The cottage/cape cod architecture exterior is melded with the traditionally styled open interior reflecting the owner’s love of cooking, gardening and entertaining. The expansive pantry and upscale cooking appliances make everyday and holiday meal preparation a breeze.

The dramatic views of the golf course and the city vista are enjoyed off the adjacent deck bring- ing the outdoors in. The lower level family room with the full bar is enjoyed in the owner’s every- day living as well as when entertaining guests. The expansive golf course views are seen through every window and give a feeling of peace and tranquility. The holidays are especially enjoyable in this gorgeous home! This beautifully appointed home is certain to delight Caravan patrons as it offers many unique architectural and decorating ideas for visitors to the 2017 Christmas Caravan Tour of Homes.
